The Rosella, a variation of the Native Hibiscus genus, is a stunning flowering native commonly infused in sparkling wine. Cultivated on site at Sunnyside Park and meticulously hand -picked, the edible flowers impart their striking colour and tart-sweet flavour to this beautiful spirit.
