Hydrosols, also known as "flower waters," are produced by distilling fresh leaves, fruits, flowers, and other plant materials. We choose to not separate the oil from our products f or maximum potency. Our hydrosols are distilled in small batches using the freshest local plant material available. Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) has long been used as an ancestral offering and is still known today for supporting memory and mental alertness.
