The Rossignol Arcade 88 is a more narrow all-mountain ski that loves to carve turns on perfect groomers. Compared to the Experience skis the Arcades replaced, the Arcade is more powerful and stable but isn't unforgiving for less experienced skiers. It's quick edge to edge and feels precise in a turn, providing confidence on icier terrain or at higher speeds. While the Arcade loves to rip groomers, it's just versatile enough to handle some variety in snowpack. It can blast through heavier, wet snow, and if you find some fresh snow on the side of the trail, the Arcade won't feel totally out of place. Rossignol has been lacking in the all-mountain category in the past few seasons. The Arcade 88 is a huge step in the right direction for the brand. If you ski on the East Coast or just want a great ski for carving groomers and prioritize grip and stability, the Arcade 88 is an awesome option.
