Young and full of radiance, this red blend of Regent and Dornfelder comes from siblings Carl & Pauline Baumberger of Glow Glow in Nahe, Germany. Equal parts fruity and savoury with notes of red summer berries and fresh green herbs with just the right touch of undergrowth aromas and a little spritz on the palate. For this wine, Carl and Pauline chose to work cold maceration in order to extract as much berry goodness as possible while retaining the wine’s soft tannin structure. Cultivated organic at the family winery, Weingut Baumberger, the grapes were hand-picked and vinified naturally without any additions whatsoever. A fun, unfuzzy and extremely drinkable companion for the dinner table and best shared among friends!
