Rotating Racking Arm – 1.5" Tri-Clamp Precision beer pickup control for clear, repeatable transfers. The Rotating Racking Arm provides controlled beer pickup from conical and flat-bottom fermenters by allowing precise adjustment of the intake position relative to the sediment layer. During transfer, the arm can be rotated incrementally to maintain clear beer flow while avoiding settled trub. Designed for sanitary integration via a 1.5" tri-clamp connection, the assembly provides a secure, gasketed interface and supports pressurized transfers. An external position indicator allows accurate reference of the internal pickup orientation for consistent, repeatable operation. Key Advantages Controlled Pickup Height – Draw beer from just above the sediment layer. 360° Rotational Adjustment – Fine-tune orientation during transfer. External Position Indicator – Clear visual reference of internal arm position. Sanitary 1.5" Tri-Clamp Mounting – Secure, leak-free installation. Pressure-Compatible Design – Suitable for closed and pressurized transfers. 304 Stainless Steel Construction – Durable and corrosion-resistant. Design & Construction Connection Size: 1.5" Tri-Clamp (TC) Material: 304 Stainless Steel Rotation: Full 360° external adjustment Application: Clear beer transfer and racking control Configuration Options Racking Arm Only – Includes the rotating racking arm assembly. Suitable if you already have a 1.5" tri-clamp and gasket. Complete Installation Kit – Includes the rotating racking arm assembly, 1 × 1.5" tri-clamp clamp, and 1 × 1.5" tri-clamp gasket for full installation. Typical Applications Beer transfer to keg, bottle, or bright tank Closed and pressurized transfers Fermenters requiring adjustable pickup height Compatibility Conical fermenters with 1.5" TC racking ports Flat-bottom fermenters with compatible 1.5" tri-clamp ports Installation Notes Install on a compatible 1.5" TC ferrule. Ensure gasket alignment before tightening clamp. Confirm downstream connections are secure before initiating pressurized transfer.
