This binding kit will mount a MOVE Switch binding onto an IFP plated ski. This binding can be moved forward or back as you ski - no need to stop and take your ski off to adjust! Si mply adjust the Switch knob clockwise to move the bindings forward 12mm (for more grip), or adjust the knob counter-clockwise once for 12mm or twice for 24mm backwards (for more glide).
