This is the color of pomegranate seeds split open, or a glass of old Rioja held up to the light — dense, a little brooding, never bright or primary. Rouge is the boldest color in our palette, closer to aged burgundy than to any flat red, and it's always been one of the most dramatic ways to bring color into a space without reaching for pattern. Up close, each tile shifts from deep crimson to a darker oxblood, keeping a full Rouge wall from ever reading flat. Mounted on mesh sheets for a straightforward, clean installation, Rouge 1×1 suits kitchen backsplashes, powder rooms, hammam-style showers, and fireplace surrounds equally well. It pairs beautifully with unlacquered brass, walnut, and Venetian plaster. Each sheet covers one square foot.
