This Material Pack includes the three pieces necessary to make our 3 Piece Breast Collar. This was a project video that walks you through how I make these popular tack items in our shop. We also offer a Breast Collar Pattern Pack that works with the video and this material pack. The pieces included are the two side pieces and the middle section all cut from ROUGH OUT 13/15 oz Hermann Oak Skirting Leather. This is the leather that I use when making a breast collar for any saddle that we make. If you are wanting to make a Rough Out breast collar, this material pack saves you the time of cutting out the main pieces for the project. The lining material, tug strap material, and hardware are NOT INCLUDED. Show more
