Author: Francie Taylor Rough Patches: Temporary Marital Tensions is for couples who are wondering how to get through the hard spots without giving up. Mishandled situations, unresolved conflicts, overreactions, and failure to communicate often lead to relationships that are more like two angry roommates rather than a married couple. By shifting our perspectives, editing responses, and handling matters with our goals in mind, it is possible to make it through the rough patches that are a part of married life. The original version of this book, Rough Patches: Navigating Marital Hard Spots was published in 2017. Rough Patches: Temporary Marital Tensions continues with expanded material and additional observations designed to give couples a book to use as a discussion launcher. Also good for use in couples' classes.
