A digital proof will be sent to you for approval prior to production to ensure every detail is perfect. Embroidery will be carefully matched to your selected font from our curated font list. If you require additional wording, a custom font, logo/image placement, or a different ribbon colour or style, please contact us via email we are always happy to accommodate special requests where possible. Hanger hardware and metal-plated brushes will be colour-matched to your chosen font finish (for example, silver font will include a silver brush set). If you would prefer to mix and match finishes, simply leave a note at checkout. Our current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from the date your order is placed. For urgent timeframes or bespoke custom orders, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist. Orders will be available for pick up or delivery the week of the event.
