DESIGN: Our 3cm wide sequins are pinned to black matt backing. The sequins each have a pin through them that attaches to the backing. This means each sequin is sturdily attached but has movement, creating a shimmery effect! The black backing is flat, rubbery plastic with small holes at the top and sides. The backing can either be attached to other panels/mesh frames, etc, with cable ties, or double-sided solid tape can be used to attach the backing directly to another flat surface/wall.
