When it comes to children, having a routine is especially important. Young children gain an understanding of everyday events and procedures and learn what is expected of them as routines make their environment more predictable. Having the tiles to choose from also gives your child the option to play a part in their routine and help work through the tasks that need to be completed. The board comes with 14 tiles which can be used for both morning and evening routines which include: •Eat breakfast •Eat dinner •Brush teeth •Brush hair •Get dressed •Make your bed •Put on your pyjamas •Go toilet •Have a bath •Have a shower •Put away toys •Read a book •Pack your bag •Star (use as you wish) Each tile has a ‘thumbs up’ symbol on the back so you can turn the tile around once the task is complete. We have the option to add custom tiles to the board, please select from the drop down menu how many you would like and let us know what you would like them to be in the 'notes' section at checkout. Please keep in mind the board can only hold a total of 8 tiles maxiumum at one time. Board measures 35cm in length and is made with pine and hard coated with natural oils to enhance and protect the wood. Each tile is 4cm x 4cm and made of ply which is unfinished.
