Join us for a guided walk through the surrounding landscape to learn how to identify and sustainably harvest these iconic Highland berries. Returning to the distillery, guests will prepare their own traditional rowan jelly, discovering the history and folklore behind this much-loved Scottish preserve. The experience concludes with a relaxed Bothy Board of locally sourced produce, showcasing how rowan jelly pairs beautifully with cheeses and savoury dishes.
