TWO EXCITING GAME PHASES The game unfolds over two distinct phases: the canal phase and the rail phase. STRATEGIC TURN SEQUENCE Each player takes turns based on the order track, performing two actions per turn from a selection that includes building industry tiles, constructing rail or canal connections, developing industries, or selling cotton. The turn order is determined by the money spent in the previous turn, allowing for strategic advantages.
