Chrysanthemum has been enjoyed as a caffeine-free tisane in China for centuries, prized as much for its bright golden blooms as for the cup they make. This one comes from Anhui Pro vince in central China, a region with a long reputation for cultivating chrysanthemum among its many teas and botanicals.
