Directions: • Finish your nail foundation, it looks best over dark colors. • Apply Wildflowers tack-free Metallic Topcoat. Cure for 20 seconds ONLY in an LED lamp, or 40 seconds in a UV lamp. • Use the scrubby brush or an eyeshadow applicator to pat on the chrome. Then burnish to a high shine.
