INSULATED WIRE FERRULES - REEL/SPOOL A Wire Ferrule is a connector used to terminate stranded wires (sometimes referred to as a cord end terminal or bootlace ferrule). Traditionally a wire ferrule is crimped to a stranded wire using a crimping tool (compression, ratchet, or pneumatic mechanism), thus turning the stranded wire into a solid one. These ferrules come in a continuous reel of 3,000 pieces. The reel is made of corrugated cardboard with a plastic spindle that is universally accepted on a wide variety automatic crimping machines.DIMENSIONS & FEATURES: Wire Size: 14 AWG (2.50mm2) Color: Gray Pin Length: 8mm (0.31") Material: Tin Plated Copper & Polypropylene L1: 15.5mm (0.59") L2: 8.0mm (0.31") D: 2.5mm (0.09") D1: 2.2mm (0.08") D2: 4.2mm (0.15") CE Certified: Yes RoHS Compliant: Yes Max Temperature Rating: 221°F (105°C) Max Electrical Rating: 600 Volts Max Electrical Current: 30 AMP DRAWING: Cross References Cross Reference Parts: None Documents Click to view product spec sheet:
