Rua, `RUA` Central Otago Pinot Noir from New Zealand is a remarkably attractive still red wine. This dry Pinot Noir offers a rich and generous palate with notes of black cherry, ra spberry, and plum, beautifully supported by vanilla and subtle dried herbs. Grapes are cold soaked and macerated on skins to build a fine tannic backbone, with a portion aged in new oak for integrated tannins and fruit structure.
