As CDC now operates a fortnightly rubbish collection service across the Cotswolds the issue of refuse removal and recycling has become a thorny point for holiday properties. To sol ve this problem and to ensure that letting properties are free of both rubbish and recycling for new guest arrivals we can provide a rubbish removal service in addition to our turnaround and mid-booking cleaning services. Not all properties require this service, as some have the benefit of capacious recycling facilities (aka "the spare garage" etc) but particularly where space is limited rubbish removal can significantly improve property appearance for new lettings.
