Professional Tile Beveling and Mitering The RUBI® PRO-EDGER is a professional guide for beveling and mitering ceramic tile, natural stone, and sintered stone with a compatible angle grinder and RUBI PRO-EDGER diamond wheel. It provides guided movement along the material edge for greater control during intensive grinding applications. 45° Miters and Rounded Bevels Compatible PRO-EDGER diamond wheels allow 45° miters on material up to 3/4" thick and rounded bevels with 3/16" or 3/8" radii, depending on the wheel selected. Progressive grinding at multiple depths is recommended for the best finish and wheel performance. 4-1/2" and 5" Angle Grinder Compatibility The PRO-EDGER works with compatible 4-1/2" and 5" corded or cordless angle grinders and uses a 5/8"-11 arbor. Grinders with bodies no larger than 4" in diameter are recommended for proper attachment, and 850W or greater power is recommended for improved control during grinding. Dust Collection and Smooth Edge Guidance A sealed high-speed bearing system protects against grinding dust, while wear-resistant polyethylene pads support smooth movement along the workpiece edge. The PRO-EDGER is also compatible with vacuum dust extraction to help control airborne dust during grinding.
