We take Tayberries (Rubus fructicosus x R. idaeus), a cross between a raspberry and a blackberry, and macerate them in our Original Australian Gin before pressing to create a boldly aromatic and fruity dry style gin. For us, it sits firmly in the goldilocks zone of being neither too sweet or tart, but just right. A unique and vivid reddish-purple in colour, Rubus pours boldly pink and is more than ready for sipping straight on ice or for tackling your favourite tonic or soda.
