Ingredients Fraser Valley Rhubarb Fraser Valley Strawberries Organic Cane Sugar Bourbon Pure Lemon Juice Pectin Citric Acid Allergies Gluten Free, No Preservatives, Low in Sugar * Please note we now stamp each jar with a suggested Best Before Date. This date reflects an 18 to 24 month shelf life from production date. Colour will fade over time, but the jam is still safe to eat so long as the jar has remained sealed.
