In the event of a full cancellation and refund we require at least 20 days in advance notice for a refund minus 50% of the original payment. Full refunds including deposit are available for 48 hours after the initial date of booking. Pickup Rules: Vinyl, balloons, command hooks, paint, garlands or trash should be removed at the time of pickup. A $75+ fee will be charged for cleaning at the time of pickup. Show more
