A Sarvodaya exclusive variety, from Farmer Rishi’s parent’s house. Ruby Heart is a highly productive, large fruited pomegranate. Both the skin and arils have a deep, glossy ruby co lor. The arils are medium size, with an intense but well balanced sweet and tart flavor. Ruby heart makes for excellent fresh eating, and a very rich luxurious juice.
