Section your hair based on the desired look. For full coverage, work with small sections. If you’re creating money pieces, section out the front strands. For a split dye effect, part your hair down the middle. Step 3 Apply the color evenly in small sections using the Arctic Fox brush. Leave it in for at least 30 minutes. For the best results, cover your hair with a plastic cap and use heat or blow dry for up to 15 minutes. Step 4 Rinse your hair in cold water, making sure to keep the color away from your face.
