Mayco's Stroke & Coat is a high performance glaze line that tolerates a wide range of firing temperatures and application methods. It can be applied to either greenware or bisque a nd fired from Cone 06 up to Cone 6. (Some colors may change at higher temperatures and testing is recommended.) Stroke & Coats are versatile enough to produce translucent or opaque finishes depending on the number of coats used. Suitable for broad coverage yet, when delicately applied, can be used for detailed brushwork. The Stroke & Coat color palette includes a wide range of colors that are intermixable to achieve the exact shades of the artist's imagination. Stroke & Coat glazes do not move or blend when used with other glazes. You can apply them side-by-side or layer over each other without losing the integrity of your design.
