This will help prevent any injuries or friction on your back. Both 20L and 25L Rucker feature 2 elevated plate pockets, one that holds 20LB or 30LB (Standard) Ruck Plates and one that holds a 45LB Plate, 20LB (Long), or 30LB (Long). This means your rucker can hold up to 75 lbs of weight. The 15L Rucker has one plate pocket that fits a 10LB, 20LB, or 30 LB Ruck plate. It’s raised up, protects you from friction from seams on pants, belts or Tough Leggings or anything back there. And if it’s exposed to your skin, that’s no problem either. Rucker Sizing Guide Generally speaking, we've found the 20/20 rule holds true: A 20L Rucker with a 20LB Ruck Plate is a great choice for most people. Fast vs. Accurate Height is the fastest way to find your ruck size, but height + torso height is the most accurate In Between Sizes? Shoulder carriers generally prefer the ruck to be higher, and hip carriers generally prefer the ruck to be lower. The belt test is the simplest way to check. The bottom of the rucksack should sit above your belt to avoid friction along the belt line while rucking.
