Flour, salt and water, that's all that goes into Rüdi's Original signature loaves. A mix of white, wholemeal and rye flours is used, together with sourdough starter and slow fermen tation. The natural processes used to prepare Rüdi's breads mean they have a longer life than most loaves, and being baked in tins means they are perfectly shaped for both sandwiches and toast.
