This is the same dough as our Rüdi's Original signature loaves, a mix of white, wholemeal and rye flours, but packed full of seeds. The loaves are filled and coated with pumpkin, s unflower, poppy, linseeds and oats. The natural processes used to prepare Rüdi's breads mean they have a longer life than most loaves, and being baked in tins means they are perfectly shaped for both sandwiches and toast.
