Plug one end into the 12V socket and the other into your mobile radio for instant power.Compatibility and buildThe cord is 6 ft 6 in of 12-gauge wire with two built-in 15-amp fuses. It fits the Rugged RDM-DB (early model), RM25, RM45 and RM60 Vertex radios, plus most other radio brands using the same power connection. Rugged recommends running power straight to the battery for permanent installs — you can cut off the 12V adapter and wire this cord directly to the battery terminals if desired.
