Peg and Awl 6" ruler for on-the-go measuring made with cherry from a fallen tree from Bartram's Garden that we were invited to mill in 2018! We are making rulers from the scraps. E ach ruler has a Pearl and says: Measure what is measurable and make measurable what is not so. This was attributed to Galileo but was likely not actually said by him.
