One from the archives and everyone's old fashioned favourite! We use golden raisins (the best, in our opinion) and steep them in spiced rum for a minimum of 24 hours before they ar e added during the final stages of churning. The ice cream base itself is made with brown sugar (and of course, more rum) that adds a deep caramel flavour and compliments the lovely spiced rum. - 500ml tub Allergens: milk and eggs.
