RUM BATCH 007 “BOND SPECIAL” Single Origin, Cool Climate Dark Rum Batch 007 Fermented, distilled, matured and bottled on site at our distillery on the rugged and remote southeast coast of Tasmania. With only 207 bottles in our seventh rum release, this batch was matured for Matured for 4 years in American Bourbon French Oak. With fine oak spice and dry, refined tannin, this batch is subtly layered with vanilla notes and a gentle warmth. This batch balances structure and softness, with a smooth entry and finish that is long and composed. Best enjoyed neat, or on ice, in a rum glass with a patient moment to let it breathe first.
