Ruminate is a matte medium toned platinum grey eyeshadow. Matte Use Tips: My mattes are handmade and formulated to be soft with a little bit of kickup to help create a gorgeous ble nd. When applying, lightly tap your brush into the eyeshadow and pat in the eyeshadow around the eye, rather then brushing back and forth. A primer/concealer base is always recommended as this helps the eyeshadows lay down nicely, while also increasing wear time. All of my products are Vegan and Cruelty Free!
