Formed in 2011, R un River North is Alex Hwang (lead vocals, guitars), Daniel Chae (vocals, strings), Jennifer Rim (strings), Joe Chun (bass, vocals), John Chong (drums, vocals) and Sally Kang (vocals, keyboards). The band's 2012 six-song demo (recorded under the band's previous name Monsters Calling Home) landed them a TV performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
