MPT Tunes and tune updates are completed in the order they are received and standard turnaround on them is up to three (3) business days. For some customers and situations, faster turnaround is required or desired. The Rush My Tunes option will speed up turnaround to 24 hours or less from when the purchase is made and/or when your tune form is submitted. Already submitted your MPT Tune Form to claim your tunes? No problem! You can add this option at any time, even if you have already submitted your MPT Tune Form! This is not the Prioritized Order Upgrade. This product will not have your tunes preloaded to the device before it ships. Click here to for the Prioritized Order Upgrade. This is ***NOT*** a new tune purchase. This is for customers who have already purchased MPT Email Tunes or an MPT Tune Update. PLEASE NOTE: MPT Tunes and tune updates are worked on Monday-Friday. The 24-hour turnaround applies to business days, so weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays in which MPT is closed do not factor into the turnaround time. Orders placed late on Friday may not be completed until Monday.
