Rush processing prioritizes your order ahead of standard turnaround orders. Standard processing time is up to 7-14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders with the Rush Upgrade will be completed before standard orders whenever possible. However, purchasing the Rush Your Order upgrade your order will be completed in 7 business days. Shipping time is separate and is not included in rush processing. One Rush Upgrade is required per order. If you place multiple orders, a Rush Upgrade must be purchased for each order you would like rushed. Rush processing does not guarantee a delivery date. Once your package has been shipped, transit times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control. By purchasing this upgrade, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all Shop Alec & Kae T-Shirt Co. store policies and product listing information. Rush processing moves your order to the front of the production line, but please remember that carrier delays (USPS, UPS, etc.) are beyond our control once your package has shipped. No refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be issued for the Rush My Order upgrade once it has been purchased. This fee covers priority processing and production scheduling and remains non-refundable even if carrier delays occur.
