Crafted by hand, our popular Tipsy Cakes, also known as Russian Cakes, are rich and full of flavour. We make them with Madeira Cake, combine them with rum-flavoured raspberry prese rve, and top each cake with fondant icing decorated with melted chocolate swirls. They're truly delicious and bring back fond memories for so many of our customers.
