Russian Red is a hardneck garlic of the Rocambole variety. It averages 6-10 cloves per bulb. Russian Red wrappers are purple with brownish skin around the clove. It stores 4-5 mont hs under proper storage conditions. Flavour: Russian Red has a strong flavour. It starts off strong and finishes with a warm, sweet aftertaste.
