Default AK, darker version — Rust's Default AK with a brown handguard instead of the orange one, hand-painted as a 1:1 lifesize prop. 75cm full-length, the version of the in-game AK with the shoulder stock attached. PLA, hand-airbrushed and sealed in our Bavarian workshop. Built to display, not to play with. What sets it apart from the Default AK The silhouette is the one every Rust player knows. Two things change. The handguard goes from bright orange to a muted brown, and that pulls the whole front half darker. Around the magazine, grey tape takes the place of the bandage. Everything else stays where you expect it: grey receiver, red stock, black barrel. In Rust the gun is officially the Assault Rifle (AR), though most players just say AK or AK-47. Three materials that are not painted The tape around the magazine is real tape. So is the blue wrap on the stock grip. And the yellow smiley on the receiver is a sticker, not a painted motif. Everything else is PLA, hand-airbrushed in Bavaria and sealed. The magazine is removable, it slides out and back in. What players ask about this version What is different from the standard Default AK? Two things: the handguard is brown instead of orange, and the magazine carries grey tape instead of the bandage. Same 75cm model, same stock, same smiley. Can I take the magazine out? Yes. The magazine is removable, it slides out and back in. Handy for photos or for changing the display angle. Which one should I pick? The standard Default for the classic Rust look, this one for the more muted take. On a shelf, across the desk or behind a stream backdrop, both take up the same space.
