Each size is measured by inner diameter and approximate inner circumference: Medium – (recommended for most) 2.5" (6.35 cm) inner diameter, approximately 7.5" (19.05 cm) inner circumference. Best for wrist sizes 6"–6.75" (15.2–17.1 cm). Large – 2.65" (6.73 cm) inner diameter, approximately 8" (20.32 cm) inner circumference. Best for wrist sizes 6.5"–7.25" (16.5–18.4 cm). To find your best fit, we recommend measuring the inner diameter of a bangle you already own. If you don’t have one, measure the circumference of the widest part of your hand (usually around the knuckles) while your hand is folded as if you're putting on a bangle.
