Whats Included 100% Recyclable What's included in the parcel...? Floating Shelf Brackets - Two solid steel concealed fixing rods are included. (These fixings are only suitable for solid walls.) The 130cm & 140cm lengths will be supplied with three rods per shelf for extra strength. Wall Plugs - 10mm Solid wall plugs are supplied. (Unfortunately we do not supply plasterboard wall plugs). Fitting Instructions - Enclosed are our detailed instructions on how to install the shelf. Each shelf can hold up to 35kg. Fixings Our Fixings Floating Brackets Our floating shelf fixings are only suitable for solid walls. Every floating shelf comes with predrilled holes in the back of the shelf (13mm Diameter). Before leaving our workshop every shelf is hand drilled & checked, allowing us to make sure the floating rods are a secure snug fit. The Concealed fixings are 12mm Diameter & 120mm Length. The screw section for the wall is 65mm Length. All our Floating fixing rods are designed with an offset CAM. This means there is 10mm of adjustment on the concealed rod, this allows you to get the shelf absolutely plum during installation. To adjust the floating rod, use a 10mm spanner to spin the rod. We hand pick every length of timber, to preserve as many rustic characteristics as possible. This includes unique grain patterns, saw marks, splits & sanded edges which has now become our trademark style. The application of wax intensifies the grain pattern whilst protecting the timber with a water resistant finish. There is a wide range of 7 wax finishes to choose from.
