The top is sanded to a smooth touch finish, but we make sure to preserve each piece's rustic characteristics, including splits, knots, marks and unique grain patterns to give a rustic / reclaimed look. Once sanded, a oil finish is then applied to offer protection to the wood and help intensify its character of the wood. 100% Natural wood is used so each wood top can vary slightly in colour depending on how the wood accepts the oil finish.The working height is approximately 75 Centimeters which is the standard height for a desk. The legs are made from hollow box section steel that is welded together creating a robust frame built to last a lifetime. The steel legs are available in two finish options, rustic or black. The rustic has a clear lacquer coat which keeps the raw industrial-styled look but offers protection to the steel and the black option is painted black. Adjustable feet are fixed to the bottom of the legs eliminating any potential wobble on an uneven floor.| Easy installation |The desk is delivered in a flat pack form.
