Constructed of 1/8" steel that is laser-cut and CNC formed for an exact fit, these panels are perfect for protecting pristine sheet metal from getting damaged on the trail, or covering up damage that has already occurred!In addition to the 1/8" steel panels, we added a 1.25" tube to help protect the window and the upper portion of the body from trees, rocks, and other obstacles on the trail. If you've 'wheeled your Cherokee, you know those rear corners are magnets for damage. When needed, the bar helps "push" the body and rear windows away from danger and helps keep you moving forward. These panels attach using stainless steel riv-nuts, which are stronger than traditional rivets and spread impacts over a larger surface area, which is why a thinner material can withstand heavy loads. The whole assembly is e-coated and then powder coated in gloss black, ensuring a durable finish that will last for years.
