38% Arneis, 32% Dolcetto, 16% Barbera, and 14% Nebbiolo full carbonic maceration, allowing whole clusters to ferment in a carbon dioxide-rich environment for approximately ten days . Following fermentation, the wine spends five months on lees in stainless steel, Flextank, and old barrels before bottling unfined and unfiltered, with no sulfur added. Feints presents a translucent ruby hue. The nose offers bright, poppy aromas of cranberry, complemented by herbal and floral notes. On the palate, it delivers juicy red fruit flavors with a refreshing acidity and subtle herbal undertones, leading to a clean, invigorating finish.
