The Rehband RX Knee Sleeve 5mm is the most recognised piece of kit in functional fitness, and for good reason. A 5mm neoprene sleeve that sits in the sweet spot between support, mobility and comfort. Warm enough for heavy squats. Flexible enough for rope climbs, double-unders and burpees. Durable enough to last through a year of daily training. What makes it different? Rehband has been making joint supports in Europe since 1955. The RX 5mm is the result of decades of sports-medicine R&D applied to functional fitness. 5mm SBR/Neoprene — warmth and compression without restricting movement Anatomical, pre-bent construction — sits naturally on the knee without bunching behind the joint Designed in Sweden, built for international competition standards Sold as a single sleeve — buy two for a pair Why do athletes use the RX 5mm? Keeps the joint warm between heavy lifts and metcons Mild compression improves proprioception on squats and cleans Slim profile works through high-rep workouts without overheating Trusted on competition floors, weightlifting platforms and in UK gyms 5mm vs 7mm — which should I buy? The 5mm is the everyday all-rounder. Comfortable, mobile, and suited to mixed training. If your training is squat-heavy or you're a taller athlete who wants more support under the bar, see the Rehband RX Knee Sleeve Power Max 7mm. Pair it with Rehband RX Elbow Sleeve 5mm — the matching elbow support Rehband X-RX Wrist Wrap — for heavy overhead and snatch work Rehband X-RX Lifting Belt — for max-effort squats and deadlifts Included in your order 1 × Rehband RX Knee Sleeve 5mm (Also sold as a pair) Who uses Rehband? Functional fitness athletes at every level, from novice to Games-level Weightlifters and powerlifters Hyrox athletes Physios and their clients rehabbing patellofemoral pain, tendinopathy and general wear What size should I buy? Measure the circumference of your leg 15cm above the kneecap, then match to the Rehband size chart shown on the product images. A tighter fit gives more support; most athletes do not size up.
