Roush Yates is proud to introduce the Evolution in Power with the all new RY45 Series Engine Block. This is a purpose built aluminum block for racing applications recommended for d irt late model and off road truck. Cast from 357 T-6 Aluminum this block has been designed so that less machining time is required before assembly. It comes with 4 bolt steel splayed main caps and the cast in cam tunnel design allows for a 4 inch stroke crankshaft. Integrated oil supply passages for both piston and spring cooling. The cam seal and thrust bearing are housed in the cam retainer. This block has been thoroughly designed to improve oil scavenging and all block plugs are o-ring including water plugs.
