Having had a Grandfather that served as a stunt double for the Marlboro man, Ryan has been fascinated the the iconography of the Marlboro brand since he was young. In "Cowboy Kille r", Ryan attempts to poke fun at the attempt to sell poison by using images rooted in Americana.
