Ryan is a personal fitness trainer and sports coach based in Hong Kong. He has experience in coaching strength and conditioning for Premier League Football teams Tai Po and Eastern. He also has helped corporate teams with their training for Bloomberg square mile and moontrekker. Ryan’s sporting background has gone from national level racket sports and dragonboat to an accomplished trailer runner based in Hong Kong. Proud member of the Gone Running – Joint dynamics team, recent results have including 1st place at Fast 50km, Ultra Trail Unseen, Koh Chang, ‘unofficial’ trailwalker mixed record and 3 x moontrekker winner. He has recently started run coaching and helped clients achieve results in Trailwalker, high school track and from non runner to Gobi 298km multi stage race finisher in just 5 months. He believes putting the right training methodology for the individual as well sharing his recent racing experience and knowledge on the local race calendar to help you target and achieve your goals.
