SACRED BLOOM CONSULTATION Personal Flower Essence Support Let the flowers speak the language your soul has forgotten. Sometimes, what you are carrying cannot be resolved by thinkin g harder, pushing through, or pretending you are fine. You may be navigating grief, emotional overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, hormonal change or a transition that has left you feeling unlike yourself. Perhaps nothing is visibly “wrong,” yet something within you feels unsettled, depleted or ready to change. The Sacred Bloom session is a gentle, personalised one-to-one experience designed to help you understand what is asking for support within your emotional landscape. Through reflective conversation, guided meditation and intuitive flower essence selection, we identify the Australian Bush Flower Essences most aligned with what you are experiencing now. This is not simply about choosing drops from a bottle. It is an invitation to pause, listen and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been silenced, overwhelmed or left behind. THIS SESSION MAY SUPPORT YOU IF YOU ARE: Experiencing emotional overwhelm, grief or anxiety Navigating perimenopause, menopause or a midlife transition Feeling burned out, sensitive or emotionally depleted Moving through relationship, identity or life changes Struggling to release an old emotional pattern Feeling disconnected from your natural rhythm Integrating after a retreat, ceremony or significant life experience Seeking gentle emotional and energetic support Drawn specifically to flower essence work You do not need to know which essences you need before the session. That is what we explore together. WHAT ARE AUSTRALIAN BUSH FLOWER ESSENCES? Australian Bush Flower Essences are gentle vibrational remedies traditionally used to support emotional wellbeing, resilience and energetic balance. Each flower carries a particular emotional theme or restorative quality. Some essences may support courage, clarity or self-worth. Others may be associated with grief, fear, boundaries, transition, emotional sensitivity or reconnecting with one’s direction. The essences do not replace medical or psychological care. They are used as complementary wellbeing support and may be incorporated alongside other appropriate forms of care. YOUR SACRED BLOOM SESSION 90 minutes | Online or in person where available Sacred Arrival We begin with a gentle grounding practice so you can slow down, arrive fully and connect with what feels most present. Emotional Landscape Exploration Through guided conversation, we explore what you have been experiencing emotionally and energetically. We may look at: What feels stuck or overwhelming What keeps repeating What you are struggling to release What transition you are moving through What part of you needs greater support What quality you are ready to restore This is not therapy or diagnosis. It is a space for reflection, witnessing, and emotional pattern recognition. Guided Flower Meditation You will be guided through a gentle meditation to connect with your present emotional landscape. Using practitioner knowledge, intuitive selection, and flower imagery, we identify the essences that most closely reflect what you are experiencing and what you are ready to move towards. Personal Flower Essence Pathway I select and explain the flower essences recommended for you. You will learn: Why each essence has been selected The emotional pattern it may support The restorative quality associated with it How the essences may be used What to observe during your integration period Integration and Closing We complete the session with a personalised ritual, reflection or embodiment practice to support your work with the essences. You leave with a clear pathway rather than a long list of remedies and a hopeful shrug. WHAT YOU RECEIVE A 90-minute private consultation Guided grounding and flower meditation Personalised Australian Bush Flower Essence recommendations A written Personal Flower Essence Pathway An explanation of each selected essence Suggested usage and sourcing guidance Personalised journalling prompts An integration ritual or embodied practice A written session summary One follow-up email or voice-note check-in HOW THE ONLINE SESSION WORKS The online Sacred Bloom Consultation is available globally through Zoom. Because I am currently based in Panama, I am not able to personally ship custom flower essence blends reliably to every country. Instead, you will receive a detailed Personal Flower Essence Pathway identifying the essences recommended for you and explaining how they support your current emotional landscape. Depending on your location, you may then: Purchase the recommended essences from an authorised supplier Ask a local flower essence practitioner to prepare your blend Work with one of my future fulfilment partners where available Use the recommendations as the basis for a locally prepared remedy Work with the flower essences energetically Where a trusted local blending option is available, this will be discussed with you. The value of your session is not limited to receiving a bottle. It lies in understanding what your emotional landscape is revealing, identifying the most aligned flower support, and learning how to work consciously with the essences. IN-PERSON SACRED BLOOM SESSIONS In-person sessions may be available in Panama, Australia, or in selected locations while I am travelling, teaching, or facilitating events. Where I am able to prepare a custom blend locally, your session may include: A personalised flower essence remedy Essence guidance card Dosage and integration instructions A sensory flower meditation A closing sound or embodiment practice Please contact me to ask about current in-person availability. THE SACRED BLOOM JOURNEY Three sessions for deeper emotional support Some emotional patterns, transitions and life changes benefit from ongoing support rather than a single session. The Sacred Bloom Journey includes three private consultations spaced approximately two to three weeks apart. Each session allows us to explore what has shifted, what has surfaced, and what support is needed next. Session One: Unearthing We explore what is most present and identify the initial flower essence pathway. Session Two: Repatterning We review your experience, explore deeper emotional patterns, and refine the recommendations. Session Three: Blossoming We support integration, strengthen the qualities you are restoring, and create a continuation pathway. Sacred Bloom Journey Investment $477 USD Includes: Three 90-minute private consultations Updated flower essence recommendations at each stage Three personalised integration pathways Light email or voice-note support between sessions Final continuation guidance Physical remedies are not automatically included and may be sourced or prepared locally depending on your location.
